Voice over IP (VoIP) represents the next generation in communication services. Unity Voice Mail is the voice mail service that is included with VoIP phones.. Unified Messaging adds ViewMail, an interface between the user's voice mail and MS Outlook email, to Unity Voice Mail.

CallManager IP Phone Administraton is a web application/interface included with ATM's VoIP telephone service. It allows the user to change and update settings on their IP phone without having to contact the Help Desk.
